Just Amazing.Recommend this to anyone who plays Amnesia mods to try this masterpiece.Everything is 10/10 only the voice acting was a little no to good prepared but its like average.If you want I am willing to voice act for your next story <3
I have played many custom stories for Amnesia. I truly love this custom story so much that I think I've replayed it around 5 times, if not more. This is the first review I've ever created and I specifically made my ModDB account just to post a review for this CS.
Fantastic story, decent voice acting, amazing atmosphere, creative bosses/monsters, interesting puzzles, having commentary is a huge plus (always interesting to get the input of the developers of the custom story) and refreshingly varied gameplay makes this custom story so good.

My personal favorite part of the CS was the entire chapter after the first boss battle (specifically the part where you are trapped in a bedroom trying to hide from the second boss while trying to escape.) For some reason, I just loved the apartment atmosphere of those maps.

I hate to say that I'm a little disappointed to hear that the next Hunting Ground will be completely different from this one because I enjoyed this CS so much, I want it to be just like it. I completely understand why Aftergame will be different (many people don't want to play the same thing again, except for me haha.)

This mod has a surprisingly touching story that makes the fight for survival all the more worthwhile.

I got a Layers of Fear vibe to it and I loved it. Can't wait to play Aftergame.
Loved it but the voice acting was bad the story and scares was good
I loved it. One of my favorites. I loved the story, but it wasn't that scary. I hope Hunting Ground Aftergame will be more scary
When I die in the final boss fight it tooks me back from the begining to the ******* cutscene of elisabeth **** you
I played this mod more than once and I think it's amazing.
Boss fights are cool, not too hard but very do-able. The mod takes a while to finish, especially on your first playthrough.

I'm not giving a 10 quickly. Also, a 9 is still a high rating for this mod. But there are some small things that didn't feel right to me.
In the conversations they often talk to each other "brother" "little brother" "my husband", like in every scentence. That doesn't feel like a natural conversation to me. But I have to say it's a big + you took the time to get voice acting everywhere.
Also some small grammatical errors, but not too bad.
Can't wait for the third part. Hopefully that will be a 10! :)
