Vice City, Year 2001. A man named Blake Thompson arrives in the city of Vice City by freighter. Already in the city he makes contacts that help him make money, Blake plans a robbery, however he feels guilty for murdering innocent people. Blake assassinates a Lieutenant of the militia which will bring him more problems in the future.
