Well, what the name doesn't say, the pictures should. I aim to make Homeworld 2 a visual feast. At this point I plan no gameplay changes. Credit to CNLPEPPER for his v2 shaders. Also feel free to tell me what you like and not, I can't guarantee everybody's happiness but I'll try my best to listen.
A short taster of what I've done so far
Holy ****! The poor textures of the Resource collectors were what I hated the most... Now... ME GUSTA
The textures look the same. It's just that a shader has been applied that amplifies each pixel of texture with some surrounding buffer. I've a keen eye for this... and in my opinion, what's been done here is little more than pouring oil on the textures to make them smexy... I'd like to see the top of the Resource Collector corrected so that the big intake valve actually has an indentation, or bumps out a little.

when you are ready to, do you think you could put up a video of the opening cut scene with the improved graphics and textures.
I am ready to do that, I am finished up to end of mission 4. but, I don't have a video capture program that works yet so it's a bit hard. I'll see about it after the exams :)
