That second one is the shipyard, right? The ones next to it are the battleship and destroyer respectively?
not exactly antagonist, From left to right it goes Mothership, Shipyard, Heavy Carrier (iirc), Battlecruiser. Theres a lot more information in the relicnews thread.

Hm. Any chance to scale that carrier up a bit, then? Seems a bit too small to me... ^^
