Holy Wars mod for Unreal Tournament 2003

With permission from the original HolyWars team leader Paolo Perrotta, aka "Nusco". This modification is a ported version of the HolyWars mod which has been popular on the Half-Life platform. Now its being brought to the Unreal Tournament 2003 system as a fun project for all involved.

The object of the deathmatch-style gameplay is to capture the golden Halo before the rest of the players do and become the "Saint", at which point you must kill all the sinners and heretics to score points. The "Sinners" are the people who are'nt a saint or a heretic and are after the saint for glory because they cannot score points by killing other sinners. If a sinner does start killing other sinners, he eventually becomes a Heretic and cannot shoot at anyone. The only time a heretic can be redeemed is by being killed by a sinner, saint or by capturing the halo and becoming a saint.

This gameplay combined with wacky weapons and powerups, such as the triple shotgun or the liquor bottle health powerups should prove to be a lot of fun as it was for the original Half-Life beta.
