How to install... Simply place the bsp in your maps folder for Half-Life Episode 2. example: C:\Steam\steamapps\*your user name*\half-life 2 episode two\ep2\maps Run Episode 2 and when your menu pops up hit the ~ key to bring up the console menu. NOTE: You must have console enabled under your advanced keyboard settings for it to respond. Lastly when you bring up the console type in, >map hl2wm_playtest< Type exactly what is inside the arrows. You should be able to type in hl2 for it to show up in the filter for you to scroll to find as well. Hope you enjoy it, and remember to post anything you did or did not like. Within non-trolling reasoning of course :P

So what are we up to now? We are doing our personal best to bring life and a kind of freshness you really would expect for a backstory mod representing a portion of a game from eight years ago. We want you to be able to dive into the old town, and fight to survive and explore. And most of all to be able to play it the way you want to. Will you save your allies from destruction by aid of skill and traps (that you can gather supplies to build). Or you can tough it with bare fighting skills?

So this isn't 2004, so we are not trying to limit ourselves to such a heavy hardware constraint. From simple HUD font changes to all new models and level themes, a lot of our time and effort is going into making this mod worth your while.

We are trying to make models to replace the basic block-ish looking geometry common to many Source mods. Since choice is a limited thing in a lot of mods, I make it my goal to add in optional goals or items to find through out the levels. Always looking for ways to capture a feel, and add in freedom for the player. An example would be like so: On a part of the core map we are needing an entrance to the next area to the next map, but instead of adding in a single transition point, it is a priority to always have more then one way to travel there.

Stay tuned for more, as we are constantly working towards getting more assets to deliver a clearer and better mod for you to play. We love to here your comments most of all, so share your thoughts. Whether your here to give criticism in a part in the mod or are just here to watch the progression tell us what you think.
