Id leave the ensign of the FRG off the flag. I know its for idenfication purposes, but its not realistic you know? And did that Soviet OccZone flag really exist? Interesting that the communists would let the flag of the German Kaiserreich fly.

Yes the Soviet Occupation zone did use that flag, the FRG flag is actually historically correct as it was both West German and current German flag.

The flag is inspired by the German National Committee in Moscow during the war (7/1943-11/1945), they used very conservative symbols including this one despite being really just a Soviet puppet. After the war the Soviets continued to promote the conservative black-white-red flag but the GDR founding fathers disobeyed and adopted the liberal Weimar era one instead in 1949.

That said, as a flag of the Soviet Occupation Zone 1945-1949 this one here had no official position and was not in widespread usage. All German ships regardless of their zone were to use the signal flag "C" (here that's labeled the Allied Zone flag) for identification and on land the Soviet Occupation Zone featured basically just red flags. So both of the zone flags here are factually wrong, but because the zones did not have actual flags on land at all then this is probably the best you can do.
