Adds Lakeview Manor on a hill just across the water from the Imperial City. It has two main floors, a loft bedroom, and a large basement. The house is themed as if an alchemist had lived there at some point. There is ample storage throughout the home, and the basement functions as a training room. *Please note that when I named this house "Lakeview Manor" I had forgotten that there was a home of the same name in Skyrim*
