High resolution textures, higher render distance, better LOD quality, reflection and specular light tweaks.
Giving it less than 10 would be a sin :))

Excellent mod
The textures are outstanding! About the only improvements I could hope for are higher poly weapon models and even more vegetation. The mod is really impressive already though, easily 10/10. The 20+ year old game feels new again.
In mode (the basic version) have old textures of Soviet Union technics. Also, in some places is very bright light. The rest is fine.
