New language, tweaked vote menu, some changes, and many fixes! Full changelog in the extended section.

[+] Small map-images and a clock added in the vote menu. Also now the selected map is highlighted.
[+] For beginners there is an alert when you are becoming seeker about what to do.
[+] Server configuration updates: With "scr_hns_point_lasthider" you can control the extra points, which are got when you are the last hider (and at least 15 seekers are against you), and with "scr_hns_point_friendknife" the points, which are got when as a hider one of your teammate knifes a seeker. Both are disabled as default. Also "scr_hns_point_killpro" points will now got only by catching hiders, not by knifing seekers. In addition, now you can disable falling watermelons at the end of the map with the "scr_hns_nomelons" dvar.
[×] Improved hider-selecting after the end of a round, when more hiders left: If there are hiders with at least 20 levels, we'll pick a random one from them. If there aren't any, then the hider with the highest level will be the new seeker.
[×] Removed dvar-based statistics.
[×] Teleporting has different effects (moths on the source side, death effect on the goal side).
[×] Level 113 and 115 rank icons changed.
[×] Outlook of level 115 moths is a little bit tweaked.
[-] HUD corrigations.
[-] Promod-style knifing now actually works.
[-] Fixed the bug, when original CoD4 tips were shown on the loading screen.

I keep getting the 'file sum/name mismatch' error... Anyone know how to fix it?? If so, I'd be greatly appreciative!
