The mod is finally completed! Thanks for sticking with it through the end!
The maps are all available to download. Part 1 and 2 however are raw files and require you to build the map yourself. I know most of you won't know how but they are available.
I do plan to make an installer, maybe a web installer, so the mod auto-updates. I don't how but I will dabble with it. Part 1 and 2 will be built.
There will also be a custom main menu.
In doing so, I will go back and fix minor bugs and tweak a bit more but this is not guaranteed. The maps works fine and no major bugs currently.
Due to time constraints, mainly life, I may not be able to tweak but I will do it when I get a chance.
The installer won't be available anytime soon but I will inform of its availability when I work on it.
For now, just do it the manual way of extracting. It isn't very difficult. Also make sure you have enable console turned on in the options to be able to play custom maps. All you need to do is extract the zip files to the root COD4 folder and create a shortcut with the following target: +set fs_game mods/Heroes 7. You need to download the mod to play. Some maps don't require the mod but the mod will greatly enhance your gaming experience. Also, don't forget to download the add-on videos for full immersion in the story. In game, press ` or ~ and type in map mapname (mapname is the name of the map file or the zone file. Check in zone/english for the map name in the zip file) to play.
There is a bonus dream map but I don't know if I will be working on it. I will be on holiday for two weeks so I won't be able to do any work.
