Modern Warfare Switching platform. news

Hi everyone.

Some of you perhaps saw the post on the Paradox forum topic announcing that Modern Warfare mod for Hearts of Iron 3 has moved to a new platform and will now be based on Paradox's newly announced title: East vs West.

It took me and the team a long time to come to the decision to make this switch because we realized that it will require from us to do a lot of work again and will also require our players to purchase a new game just to play the mod. But in the long run I believe this is the right step since all the features announced up until now for EvW have proved that the vision for Modern Warfare can only become true if we have those sort of systems at our disposal.

So the next time you will see Modern Warfare it will be for East vs West, be sure that while we wait for the game the team isn't sitting and waiting but working to make as much content that can be moved on to the new platform in order to release the mod as quickly as possible once the game is out.
