can you please help my mod 'The Last Sultan' how to give control of land to other factions? F.e. Egypt in The Great War Mod does not exist, it can be released as UK. but I want egypt to start at the beginning as a puppy of the Ottoman Empire. Can you help me please..? :(

In the province files there's a line that says something like "Owner = ENG/SPA/etc." Change that to Owner = EGY
