"King of the Andas" Version 0,2,1 file - Hearts of Ice and Fire mod for Hearts of Iron IV

Map:
- Added Island of Lorath.
- Expanded into the east of Norvos (in the direction of Qohor).
- Removed traces of the British Isles from the water.
- Rebalanced Tyrell states.

Database:
- New faction: Free City of Lorath.
- Correct cores for House Tarly.

Focuses:
- New Stark focus: can now form an Alliance with House Bolton
- New Dornish focus: can now recruit the Sandsnakes as Generals.
- Rebalanced Dornish military factory tree.

Other:
- Braavos now gets an event that allows it to send volunteers.
- Boosted Greyjoy naval techs/ nerfed Greyjoy land techs.
- Boosted Stark techs.
