First of all we have now a forum for you!
You can now report bugs, add suggestions or even request features. With version 4.2 we are now able to add new features to the mod again, if there is anything you want to see in this mod, post it at our forum!
Version 4.2 supports now 48 levels, 7 new levels have been added, including the final boss fight:

Mission 6, aboard the USS Enterprise E your Mission is to defend the Enterprise together with your Hazard Team, Tuvok, Barclay and Captain Picard.

Mission 11, on Tolochon 2 inside the Neutral Zone.
Tolochon is a hot rock with rivers of lava and huge caves, the home of the Exomorphs. Absolutely no place for a vacation!

I saw there was a flyable shuttlecraft on EFmods, or at least one in development... Could something be done with that?
It's this one: Moddb.com . I don't think it's possible to get the shuttleV2s into these levels, for technical reasons.
