I'm sorry but I'm I don't see what's significant about this. Is it that the ground's always breaking in a different fashion each time you load the map?

Yep, the obstacle course randomizes everytime you load the map so no one can play the map 5 times in a row and win it exactly the same way every time making it harder for people to replay.

oh by the way its awesome but i realized in games like hl2 and portal when you die the map resets to the last load did you make a way to avoid that or is it a teleport instead of a instant kill type brush under the ground?? also there was no first person view while it waited for you to click or press space which would usually mean that you didn't even die at all im not calling you guys liars or anything just asking how you did it cause i think of some cool ways to use that feature on its own =D

The obstacle course randomizes on map start, i don't think there will be any way to make sure that when you reload the map it won't be the same as the last time you played it as that's a bit out of my league atm.

In this map when you fall to the ground it does is teleport you to the beginning so it's not reloading the map in any way as you could tell the broken slabs are still there and the first obstacle hasn't randomized.

So whats the point? Its a small *** map that no one will play over and over again, cause its boring. So what else is there to this?

It's an example map. It's not meant to be a loved and adored map, just to show off the fact that the logic_random_event works and how it could be used.

Its not Dmm. Just a bunch of func_break blocks that break when you touch them.
