You can fill them up with air, but that won't get you anywhere, as the vacuum of space means that standard blimp propulsion will be ineffective.
dude, thats just wrong, there are no such things as medical ships in the unsc, all the hospitals were either the small ones in everyship, or the cradle class ship, the repair staion/hospital
Says who? Just cause they don't mention them doesn't mean they don't exist. And what about the UNSC Hopeful? I think, especially during the war with the Covenant, these ships would be really useful.

The UNSC was a special Cradle class vessel with a slanted atrium with a glass opening.
In one of the books(Forget which one) It explains the hopeful in detail
Im sry to say this guys, but ive noticed that ALOT of these images are not realistic at all, and based off of desriptions and images on official halo fan database's, and as such as the people who have agreed with me, id rly likke to talk to the people who make these, because they are made up usually, as i have seen.

kk, ill try not to troll, but still, there are reasons why a ship class may not be mentioned, like seriuosly, there are other ships that serve the same porpose, and the cradle is not a class, it is a specific refit station there are two types, the ones that mainly fix electronics and wepons such as anchor nine, and those that fix armor such as the cradle, wich is described as 1 km squared of pure titaium armor with a huge hospital center underneath the armor, i dont mean to troll guys, but if ur going to make somethimg, u might aswell get the details right, no offence chacotay, friends?
