Another mod which basically attempts to reskin halo models scenery etc. with cartoon skins. Yes this mod is a little simple but still a very long process. Biped Skins: 60% Vehicle Skins: 0% Weapon Skins: 0% More pics coming soon!

There's nothing wrong with doing a cartoon style retexture, hell, in some ways that's more impressive than doing HD reskins. The problem though, is that he's just running the original textures through photoshop, which looks bad.
