The home of the Cat himself.
Fancy house for the cat! I like it!
What's next? a pool? a butler?

He has a demon-dog as a butler but not a pool. There's demon torture room in the basement, though.
Don't like the house. Textures are too bright (look like additive 255), some faces are adjacent yet have a completely different brightness, and the textures of the walls and the windows look like paint.net color shades.
It shouldn't add wpolys to make the windows actually transparent and thus allow the player to see the inside of the house (or to see outside if they're inside).
The cat's nice though, as usual.
You can remake it when we release the SDK.
That's an interesting way to make a mod!

Pretty sure Half-Rat blow all his money for this house, that's why he was broke in Half-Rats: A Fever Dream. ^_^

The cat Half-Cat is based off of was a very good hunter, actually. Half-Cat was able to save up his cat cash quickly.
