Last Wednesday, on April 26th, our mod has celebrated its first jubilee - 5 years! As you know, on April 26th, 2013 CLgaming released the first public version of this mod - 1.0. It looked awesome, but there was much that was missing in it.

I drew attention to the original Resonance Cascade in 2014, when I read an article on Russian SCP: CB Wiki. I became interested in this mod, and I liked it so much. So, when I learned about the termination of its development, I got the idea to update it, and in the autumn of 2016, when version 1.3 was already available, I finally had the opportunity. But since I'm new to programming, I had to ask for help from official developers - firstly from CLgaming, and then from the guys from Third Subvision Studio (ENDSHN and Vane Brain). In the end, on January 3, 2017, I've released version 6.0, which, in addition to the textures, sounds and models from the original HL: RC, was present my content too - for example, Displacer Gun from the game Half-Life: Opposing Force, which replaces SCP-1499 (an anomalous gas mask). After that, like Regalis, I had to fix the mod constantly, until I came up with the idea of replacing the D-Class model, used by "prisoners" themselves and scientists, for models of scientists from the original Half-Life.

And so, taking Jabka (developer of SCP: CB Ultimate Edition) to my assistants, I wrote version 6.3.5 together with him, where new scientists were added. And soon, went through the source code of UE, I decided to add a couple of rooms from there - so version 6.4 was born.

Thank you for following the development!
