The Wastelands. Vast areas between Combine controlled cities. A land long forgotten by human, infested with Xen wildlife. Full of abandoned settlements and dead trees. The only infrastructure that is maintained is the railway, used by the Combine. In Half-Life 2: Forgotten Lands you are given a chance to explore those areas, while trying to find a way inside City 17.

Is this a replacement or a sub skin like the Shotgunner? Either way it looks pretty good.
It is a sub skin. I`m not going to replace anything.
Does he have any extra traits? Or is it just to add more variety and indicate he's sort of from a different regiment/part of the combine?
He can shoot AR2 secondary fire and has more health than standard overwatch soldier.
