I'm trying to change the scene and the mood here.
The rain will soon match in with a better skybox, to produce a mood for the fact that the entire science team is dead, and the world is in ruin.
The Skyline of Cleveland - I might change it to look partially destroyed and wrecked.
I've removed the rain, I'm choosing other ideas.
I found the water I wanted but for some strange reason physics props don't float properly in it.
