As the title say, Half-Counter is temporary suspended, but will be in development again soon.
I haven't made progress on the mod, the last time I edited the map you can see in the Images section was beginning of February (approximatly 2 months of non-development)

Reply for A => I can't make recruitment for the mod at the moment, I'm hard-working to port REBIRTH and ARRANGEMENT in Half-Counter which is not an easy job.
Reply for B => I DO PROMISE that I won't let Half-Counter die, when I saw Duke Nukem Forever's death, I was near to suicide. I don't want to see a good GoldSrc project die, doesn't matter if mine or not.
