GTR: Rolling Thunder is the first in a possible series of modifications for the GTA San Andreas Engine. It is essentially a racing modification finding its gameplay at home in the middle of Need For Speed and Gran Turismo. This installment is set in Southeast Asia in a fictional recreation of Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam. There is 4 main cities (Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Ho Chi Minh City) and stretches of countryside, jungle, mountains and sea between them. There is a new protagonist (Name TBA) and a whole new storyline revolving around him and his time in the east. There are 52 vehicles to choose from, taken from all over the GTA Universe with entrants from Vice City, Liberty City, San Andreas and Myriad Islands and also some unique to this modification. All of these cars will be thoroughly moddable with custom rims, bodykits, spoilers, bonnets/hoods, windows, paintjobs, neons and more.
