and btw, it doesn't even matter about it if it's a mod.
someone else made the 3D models, and NOT the guy who's using it without permission. and making 3D models is not illegal, at least not at this planet.
also if modding is ''illegal'' then why ask permission in the first place?
so to make it simple:
if you made a model, and someone uses it for a mod/film/game or anything else without permission,
then that guy is a thief, and did NOT made that work. and therefore he can be sued. period.
modders do not claim to own any part of the game, at least fresh minded don't do that.
modding is legal, however, asking money for mod's is illegal without permission.
when you are publishing your mod, you arent publishing the game are ya?
modding is not hacking, else it would have been called hacking and not modding=modifying
only thing modding causes is that the the technical feedback from the game's creators will stop.
and if YOU steal something that SOMEONE ELSE made, you are breaking the law. just google about copyright.

uninstall and then install gta san andreas gta 3 img img tool open and delete files Dinghy.dff. Dinghy.txd farmtr1.dff and once this is done in the program img tool comands you add and add my files from the titanic farmtr1.dff starting first and then add pre Dinghy.dff last Dinghy.txd put you close and then the game is fact
