1998. A new Mafia war is on the rise in Liberty City — the Sindacco, Forelli and Leone families are at their throats again for domination over the worst city in America. The Sindaccos, led by the ambitious Paulie Sindacco, plan to conquer what they can before the others can get their hands on what’s left of the city.
A loyal henchman they have, Joseph Daniel O’Toole, is supposed to infiltrate the Leone Family. Meanwhile, Paulie’s two nephews, Frank and Marcus, are preparing their men for a big war…

PC without emulator?
Guys i need help step by step for the download and installation of the game from the PC to my PSP. I tried plenty of times, i made the download to my PC, transfered it to PSP, but it was always appeared as a corrupted data...
Hey, I love the game. Tho there is a bug were you can't change your outfits at all. meaning that after completing "Judas Iscariot" mission you're softlocked if you change the outfits beforehand. I believe that I sent you my psp save file via e-mail.
Hello, 1826, your FR is very popular with our netizens, so our players here have made FR for Android and iOS.And SC is more popular with players, but in order to better understand the plot, we need to translate the game lines into Chinese.But only the Japanese version of LCS is compatible with Chinese fonts.We had someone try to switch the SC mission to the Japanese version of LCS, and it was lucky to work, butModels in SC can't be shown, like Marcus and Giorgio, I don't know if it's because of the game version limitation or something else.
take GTA3IMGHR file from original mod models folder and put it into your japanese ISO
After putting it in the ISO, the game will crash and will not run.
It seems that there is no dubbing, even if you choose AI dubbing, it is silent.
