So, this is my first new mod, but i ain't sure when am i finish it. But it's sure in 2008 is it the year when i finish, or the start of 2009. The mod storie is i the old, just i want to add some new thing. But the new features are: -New Characters -New Gangs -New Shops -(Some) New Cars -New Effects I want to creat a New CJ too, but i dont sure in. The new City names are: -New Andreas = Los Santos -East Andreas = San Fierro -North Andreas = Las Venturas I need some hand to the mod, because i need the Effect makers, some new Texture in the game (New Water, new road...).
