This mod completely transfers the atmosphere from the XBOX version of GTA III to the PC.
Description
This is an unofficial "revised" version of Rim's Xbox Version HD mod for Grand Theft Auto III on PC. That compiles the base mod Update 1, and HQ Radio Stations along with updates mods it relied.

The skeletal animations don't seem to be working. My character's body is still segmented.
Same here, Readme says to run skinandbones.exe but no such file is included!
