[III] Fixed XBOX Vehicles v1.0 addon

Note:

General (applies to all vehicles):

- Added better quality "enginetopb4bit64" texture,

- Fixed pixelated scratches texture,

- Xbox version of "misc.txd" had tire and weapons textures resized to 32x32 (PC ones were in 64x64), I fixed that in this mod and I also added less compresses pistol and ak47 textures,

- More variety in engine textures (taken from VC),

- Fixed wheel_saloon UV map from the inside.
