Grass in desert mod 0.9

Instead of sand will be grass in desert and perform narrow some new roads. This mod I created for people who do not like the old desert and want to upgrade it. Retextured is all desert including lod textures. In Las Venturas is retextured only half lod textures. Created: (STT)scrappy_sk
