This first image shows you an Original aerial view of Los Santos. The red lines mark out the boundaries of where the Halo content base must go. Everything above can cross over, over lap, go under ground its your imagination, however, just make sure you dont Block the roads. Thats all! By following the instructions you can totally change the scene without messing up the roads.Original Sewers/Tunnels must also be left in tact.
