Twenty-three years after the events of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas™, a girl named Kelly Johnson, daughter of CJ, must find a way to recover the money from her brother's inheritance, which was taken by the Ballas, because after Carl's death Johnson and the Grove Street Families have lost all influence in Los Santos so Kelly must return the Grove Streets to their former glory and avenge her brother's death.
