Ok, guys, it's not so hardcore as you can thought. New monsters have same health as their replacements. So most of them you can kill with shotgun or chaingun. But remember, difficulty gets harder with new monsters. So, Arch-Vile (Cyber-Vile or Spider-Vile) is the real nightmare for non-skilled players.
