WARNING! This mod is stupid and intentionally absurd. Do not judge it as a professional production. It's made by one person in their spare time for their own and their friend's amusement. It's also strongly recommended that you DO NOT let pre-teen children and people who have strong feelings about unsafe content play this modification. The mod is Not Safe For Work (NSFW)! GoeMonsoon is a mod that aims to destroy the entire feel of F.E.A.R. and replace it with something dumb and nonsensical but in a mostly entertaining way. Specifically, it changes the gamedatabase, stringdatabase and a lot of original FEAR assets in order to f*ck up the atmosphere of the unmodded game.

I have ran into a bug when i jumped into the water at interval 03 i think( i cant tell with the new names lol) after the load screen it appeared that i was stuck in the water and couldn't move or do anything. After loading my save to try again it stilled seemed to be bugged. I could look around in every direction including at my character but couldn't do anything. I decided to start a new game but when i exited the car while i could move i couldn't do anything else and my feet were not moving when i moved. Do i just nuke the mod or is this something that can be solved?
I figured it out, this is the same bug that occurs in the complete edition mod. Setting the corpse detail fixed it.
Wow, haven’t been signed in for a while. Sorry. Holy sh*t, so all you do to fix that issue is just dial down the corpse detail? WTF? Been having the same issue and I always just went back to the start of the previous level and “mapholed” my way past the glitch but if what you say is true then thanks for solving this pesky issue lol

This is a demo version of the planned full version which only contains the custom made levels that are planned to be part of the full campaign. The campaign is the same as unmodded FEAR but with a lot of changes to the original assets, the default gamedatabase values as well as the stringdatabase to increase the absurdity factor.
uh what ? first you say it's levels but then just database changes ?
No, I said that the mod contains "a lot of changes to the original assets, the default gamedatabase values as well as the stringdatabase to increase the absurdity factor". Changes were also made to various assets (sound, textures, voices etc.) and not just the database files. I should, however, have clarified that the custom levels will be included inbetween some of the umodded campaign levels.
Been playing F.E.A.R. since 2005.Playing this mod on extra hard for about 2 hours so far.I must say , i'm having a blast.The new clones voicelines are something else.Some of the combat music is genuinely great.
I'm happy that you found enjoyment in this mod. Hopefully it won't give you brain damage.
