After destroying Black Mesa, the Gman went into hiding. Previously the island was managed by the government, now it is controlled by the Gman. In there, aliens are subjected to experiments and research. However, something is beginning to happen! This was created by Jack Amano, see readme for his contact details.

The second part of "Gman Island". This time we get to see the madman's titular island, and wouldn't you know it, it's full of grunts and aliens.

We have thirteen maps this time. While it seems like an upgrade compared to the first mappack, I found them a little bit boring compared to it. They're a bit bland and many take place in tight spaces. There are some nice brushwork in some of the maps though, like G-man's giant, evil villain temple or the aircraft at the end.

Another difference compared to the first is the difficulty. This is a much more difficult pack, especially early on. Has an insane but fun part where you rush to a machine gun to kill 10+ grunts while unarmed. Alongside grunts, aliens are used much more now too.

Just like first one this pack also has some "what do I do?" moments. It's not as many as the first but way worse. I'd be willing to bet that 99% of the people who'll play this will get stuck early on. You killed the grunts, saw G-man's temple, opened up the armory, now what? Here's a couple of tips:

- You've been given an RPG for a reason.

- Don't forget, you can always backtrack.

Another part that could be annoying to some is the maze-like abandoned mine section. That section has a weird fascination with re-spawning enemies over and over. This is pretty bad when it decides to do the same with snarks. Speaking of weird, after all is said and done you get a short epilogue that's both weird and funny.

For me, the second part of "Gman Island" is hit & miss. It does some things better than the first while doing others worse. I consider it somewhat better because there's more meat to it but overall I don't see much improvement. It's not at all a bad mappack though and still worth checking out.

Better than the first one in my opinion. the level design was ok and it has some good buildings in some places (like the temple) and some cut-scenes which are ok.

and the ending was satisfying and the epilogue was funny XD

however there is some bad parts like the 3 mazes one after the other which was irritating.
