Global Storm v0.9 file

Changelog v0.9:

- All infantry weapons now use vanilla sprint animation.
- Slight damage increase for infantry weapons.
- Slight damage decrease for vehicles weapons.
- QBZ95 reload animation changed to use other vanilla ones. (Not perfect but better looking than my original).
- Tanks now have alternative zoom function with right mouse click. Use number 1 for main cannon and number 2 for coaxial machine gun usage.
- Slight HUD minimap change, clean up.
- Vehicles wreck now stay max 15 seconds, in order to reduce the time of bots being stuck.
- Some other minor changes in code.

Added optional addons that allows weapon unlock in Single Player and better hud scaling:
