Born out of the old Knowledge of Sirius project, GalaxyLancer is a brand new mod-sequel for Freelancer with a combination of ideas as never seen in this game before. The ideas are great and the things this mod will add are a lot in count!

If only more mods jazzed up the graphics...the Freelancer game engine's got so much potential going for it! (Look at Crossfire or Shattered Worlds for nice examples if you haven't already.)
Yep, both of them, especially Crossfire, has such HUGE graphical and texturing improvements... no wonder the mod is 4 GBytes once installed, (but only 1.6 to download :O )
