Added Americans in the African Campaign
If I were you, I would add those Americans only to the last group of African levels (toujane and matmata). Those maps are set in 1943 when US troops already landed in Africa (remaining African maps are before that time).
Or alternatively, you can of course change the map's time settings :)

Well, It's always hard to hex edit maps; But perhaps I could improvise and add this characters to the aitype "axis_afrikakorp_reg_g43" and then, they will only appear in maps post/during 1943
