Genuine GTA is a brand new Mod that will change everything in San Andreas. New Clothes, New Cars, New Planes, You name it, It will be changed. The only thing that Will be left in tact this the orginal storyline. The mod itself will add realsim to San Andreas and make everything have a much more genuine feel to it, Real Car Names, Real Place names, Real Advertising Billboards and such. The main storyline will, for this version at least, remain untouched, this is mainly becuase there are a lot of mods out that ther change the storyline in minor ways, few change it in a big way. Eventually GGTA may become one of these, but, for the most part, I want away from this kind of mod. The mod will be brought up to modern times, although some people will think that it is out of sync with the rest of the game, I think a far better mod could be produced with a modern theme as opposed to an older one. I have just started on this mod and wont be giving up any time soon. If you think you have something to give to the team, then go ahead and join us!

In the GTAs you can't add weapons nor vehicles, but you can add pedestrians but their texture wont show...
Also the M82A2 doesnt sits on your shoulder, it loks like that because it has a bullpup layer, ad if you shot with a anti-materiel rifle while walking, well... i better don't tell you whats gonna happen, you should know it...
you can't add new weapons to GTA, simply remplace the standard ones, the meele ones should be leaved intact (or remodelled).

I like the modern concept of this mod. I've been working on building mods to make gta sa more 'real world'
and thus far, have finished two. SA Real Restaurants Mod & GSM. I'm in the process of also reskinning all
the clothing shops to real ones as well but for the moment that project has to be put on hold.I am going to post these mods in the mod db right now so go check 'em out! Anyways, if you would like to include either of these mods email me @ rizingdragon@walla.com.

well, I can tell you about the appearance of some weapons that could be done well better.
if possible, you should have to earn skill with the Katana.
you should be able to have more than a limited number of weapons. instead of replacing the original weapons (replacing textures is fine) add more weapons. here are some weapons that I would like to see added and how you could justify them being there (since some of them are so advanced and high tech)
all the weapons by Jarra Mono should be there. no duplicates (he brings in a new Mac 10, M4, AK, MP5, and M24). then you could have this:
FN SCAR (multiple variants as well) because there are military instalations nearby, so why wouldnt they have up to date stuff? to get to them, you just have to go to a military intalation and steal them.just like the others I am going to list...
