Okay people, I want to explain for the Command & Conquer: Generals Universe

As you might have already guessed, I am not at all the same as I was before and have become completely lazy, burnt out at work and very rarely sit down to work in 3D max. About once a year, but it happens. Wow, isn't it?

I even hung this poster on the wall to motivate myself to work on the project more often.

In general, what I wanted to say: the project has not been abandoned, but do not expect any breakthroughs in the coming years. Because I work for the soul. Nevertheless, in the future I even plan to release a new version of the mod, where the Chinese side will be present. And perhaps GLA. But it is not exactly.

I understand your desire to play our favorite game and see something new, something that no one has done before. But you must clearly understand the following: no matter what happens next in my project, it will never become fully functional (like the original game). Command & Conquer: Generals Universe is just an example of what the original game could look like on a new game engine.

And that's what I also wanted to say.

Since EA did not give a damn about all our wishes regarding C&C Generals, our only chance to see the remastered version and continuation of the game before we die of old age remains the continued development of the OpenSAGE project (game engine).

Unfortunately, as of this year, development of OpenSAGE has virtually ceased.

However, I want you to know that if the OpenSAGE project is ever completed, it will open up endless possibilities for developing the universe of our favorite game.

totally understand you bro. you health is the most important, just get enough rest and relaxation and we will test your release when it its ready. an ideea is to try to make for the time being your project smaller and more impactful. in this way maybe it will matter more to the community and you will be more motivated to continuue in future.

ÐetroyTRU modding should be fun and be a hobby for us modders, when we reach the moment where we are getting burned out, our love and dedication will drop and we might will say, good is enough. But we know that good isn't enough we create a mod with the vision on what we think a game or a mod should look like, and ofcourse we have followers that dont agree with us, or will say that the project will never get released because we as mod creators dont upload new screenshots or content, but they dont know what we are doing behind the scenes.

I have rebuild Evolutions several times from the ground and ofcourse I would have released my mod years ago, but its a hobby to create the mod and universe we love.

So from the bottom of my heart take the time you need, spend time with friends and family and work on the mod when you feel like it, i understand passion but health is more important.
