For helicopter?
Looks pretty neat but its abit uncertain what it would do from just the name.
I guess its for infantry or just special infantry ?
This building is the analogue of the Strategic center in the United States or Propaganda center of China. The building will have an opportunity to build a helicopter with special infantry. The helicopter will be invisible and most likely it will be a remake of the KA-60 "Kasatka"
