Nope, that skin is the same resolution as the stock Petroglyph one.
That really says something about Petro's abilities when they made EaW. Maybe so many of them being old Westwood guys had something to do with it (not keeping up with improved technology.)
pack that in with a tiny tiny model + xml editing and there u go, instant fighter swarm
