Fullscreen Map Help Thread - FUEL: REFUELED mod for FUEL

(Man, ModDB forums are annoying...)

Hi, I'm using the (nearly) fullscreen map mod that you gave me again.
(Though the download link is broken now.) How do I change the size
of the crosshair icon again? Also, how do I remove the word "pause"
from the bottom right? Other than the black bars at the top and bottom (could I remove those
too?), it's the only other thing in the way of getting the largest
screenshots possible (while zoomed all the way in that is).
