it's like UT mutators to add to the gametypes... so you have these options to play: map + gametype + weapon mode + help mode + war

I can play in local game with bot?
you can play in LAN, but not with bots... a new version designed only for LAN is planned for the future, and that version will have bots.
you can play now with bots these LAN versions to Black Ops and World at War.
now all it needs is pezbots
