Well, as you've probably noticed things are going slowly.
We have plenty of models ready or waiting for conversion to alamo format, the coding is no problem, but we need skins! Presently we only have a part-time skinner, and we have many models to skin. Things will be slow, as between coding for 2 mods and advising another, and learning some modelling, I barely have time to learn skinning too, and we're hard stretched to get more people learning, so if there are any skinners out there who are willing to help us, please get in touch! With just a few skins done, we could get a release out much quicker, because my Coding Department can whizz through code like no end with me poking them hard enough and coding...

I tried skinning once. I was trying to remove a shark mouth from the bow of a starship. I deleted the mouth and replaced the area with "hull" colour. I fired up the model viewer and the bastard was still there... grinning at me...
So yeah, love to help, but logic likes playing games with me...
is this a full time project? are you working on this all day?
No! We have lives, but commit as much time as is viable towards our modding... I especially so since I am a coder for 3 mods, the graphics guy for 2, the web manager for FW and learning modelling :P.
