Thats a very smooth brick...
I've got alot of the same weapons, plus a whole bunch more, and one of those weapons is a brick, when I modelled it, I put small chips in it and it looked far better than my first model which was just rounded like this one. Although my brick was nowhere near as round as this.
Take away the smooth edges, bricks just don't look like that unless they're carved and shaped, and even so, they arent smooth. I know most of the work is in the texture, but texture's can't simulate chunks taken out from the edges of the brick.
It's like 10 more polys for a large effect...so, why not.
And try not to make those edges so smooth, bricks have hard edges.

i do agree though, that it's way too smooth looking.
i also couldn't help but noticing that those holes are far from perfectly round..
That too, but when you're holding the brick in game, I doubt you'll notice the holes being out of shape, but still, they should be round. The brick I made has 4 holes, which are all rounded and have little chips in them for added realism.
Unless this brick was made out of carved sandstone then it shouldn't be so rounded. And really...who wants to hit a zombie with a clean looking brick? You'll get it dirty :(
