Forgotten Hope 2 is an award-winning World War II modification for Battlefield 2TM and is based on the original Forgotten Hope, a modification for Battlefield 1942TM, one of the most popular multiplayer games ever. Battlefield 1942TM featured land, sea and air combat in a way never before seen. It was the goal of the development team to maximize the game experience by adding both a realistic and enjoyable gameplay to FH and now to FH2.
With the wide use of tanks in the First World War by the Entente, some thought was put towards creating suitable countermeasures. In March of 1918, testing of explosives to determine what was needed to immobilise a tank were carried out, culminating in the design of a 900g melanite charge in a box. Fitted with a throwing handle and a standard grenade detonator, this became the Antichar Mle 1918. Ours was made by Matt Baker, Cpt Bocquier and Luacha 2000.
was this used during second world war?
Probably, but not atested yet by any report. The actual best AT weapon the french army could have wouldto throw be a molotov cocktail or some engineer explosive devices, but these grenades above were in the army stocks.
