This is our normal requirements for different developer positions:

3D artist/texture artist: Besides modeling must be able to skin/unwrap/texture. Must be able to create and work with normal maps. Working in 3ds max is a plus since the bf2 exporter tools are for max only. Previous experience from modding teams is not necessecary we look at the quality/potential of your work.

Coder: Being able to create Lods/Cols in 3ds max and materials and succesfully export vehicles and weapons to the Battlefield 2 engine. BF2 Object editor knowledge is therefore required and to create the lods and cols you need at least basic modeling skills in 3ds max. Knowledge in shader programming and phyton is a definitive plus.

Level designer/Mapper: Being able to texture, heightmap and object place a bf2 level from scratch in bf2editor with a very good artistic eye for details and gameplay, some skills in Photoshop or equialent tool to handle DDS textures is preferable. Skills with navmeshing (bot support), 3ds max lightmapping, Heightmap sculpting tools such as Terragen, World Machine and Geocontrol is a plus but no requirement.

The persons applying must be mature, communicative, teamplayer and able to accept constructive criticism.
