Actually they didn't even exist at the time of Operation Barbarossa, they were implied in a civil war with Marshal Antonescu, and the guard was divided, after losing. You should instead put either cavalry or mountain hunters instead.
Yes youre right, also those are not the actual uniforms of the iron guard.
