The players themselves, when they choose the class, have little control over what skills they get. Sometimes, a class will need you to choose between 2 skill choices. The interesting thing about HGHL is that players don't have to choose a class to play the game. If they so desire, players can completely customize thier characters and choose whatever skills they want. This gives you the ability to have different characters with different abilites.
